I had dinner and a great conversation with the lovely Soledad O’Brien this evening. Such a great personality and definitely an inspiration! CNN picked a winner with this one. No, REALLY….home girl has a fair share of awards and accomplishments to brag about!

So I caught a rental of Ben Affleck’s The Town last night…thumbs up! Nothing like a little Boston bank robbery action for a night’s entertainment. However…. I did wake up this morning only to notice that the Jeep had been broken into! So long new TomTom and broken iPod….I hope your thieving new owner is good company.

Smokey...you look so different!
The new Smokey is kind of catchy. Much more different from the look he had back when I was in fourth grade. I am, however, still upset that Smokey didn’t like anything I submitted for the Smokey Bear Coloring Contests.  And just for that, I will not ‘get my Smokey on,’ silly bear
